SAR Recognizes Outstanding Law Enforcement Efforts in Brown County, Ohio

On October 9th, Cincinnati Chapter SAR President Michael B. Gunn and Vice-President Ian Cunningham met at the Brown County Prosecutor’s Office in Georgetown, Ohio to present the SAR Law Enforcement Commendation Medal to Commander Josh Black of the Brown County Drug & Violent Crime Task Force.   The Law Enforcement Commendation Medal is presented to those who have served with distinction and devotion in the field of law enforcement, and is intended to recognize exceptional service or accomplishments.   Black, who serves as head of  the county-wide task force, is a Captain and Assistant Chief of the Mount Orab, Ohio Police Department.

Also presented with certificates of appreciation for their dedication to law enforcement were Brown County Prosecutor Jessica Little, Assistant Prosecutor Zac Corbin, and four undercover agents of the task force.
