Lafayette Chapter hosts Washington Luncheon – Akron
On Saturday, February 15, 2014 the Lafayette Chapter held their President’s Day Meeting at the Fairlawn Country Club in Akron, Ohio. Members and guests heard Dr. Kevin Kern from the University of Akron speak on “The Northwest Ordinance: The Most Overlooked Founding Document”
After Dr. Kern’s informative presentation, Ohio Society 1st Vice President, Ted Minier, installed the new 2014 – 2015 officers for The Lafayette Chapter. OHSSAR Flag Committee Chairman Ted Minier and Lafayette President David Allison presented a chapter Flag certificate for Bill and Rosanne Warner.
